Hello, I’m Sta’vawn Adams, the founder of V-Scripts LLC & More, and I’m excited to share with you the journey that has led me to where I am today. With over 20 years of experience in Veterinary Compounding, my career has been driven by a passion for improving the lives of pets and the professionals who care for them.
My Journey in Veterinary Compounding
My career began at the Friendship Hospital for Animals in Washington, DC, where I developed a deep understanding of veterinary compounding and pharmacy management. Over the years, I honed my skills at renowned institutions such as Center Pet Pharmacy and Knowles Apothecary. These experiences equipped me with the expertise needed to address the unique challenges faced by veterinarians and pharmacy professionals.
The Birth of V-Scripts LLC
In 2019, I recognized a growing need in the veterinary industry: the ability for veterinarians and their staff to send prescriptions electronically to local pharmacies. This realization led to the creation of V-Scripts LLC, an e-prescribing service designed to streamline the prescription process, making it more efficient and accessible for both veterinarians and pet owners.
What started as a small initiative has now expanded across the country, with participating pro pharmacies in seven states—and we’re still growing! Our goal is to make veterinary compounding easier and more efficient, ensuring that pets receive the medications they need promptly and accurately.

The veterinary industry is close to my heart, and I’ve dedicated my career to supporting the professionals within it.
